做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
