做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
