做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
