做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
