做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
