做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
